Gender Equality Index 2023

The gender equality index is an indicator introduced by the government to measure gender inequality in the workplace.

The index is made up of 4 criteria:

  1. Pay gap (in %): 34/40.
  2. Gap in the rate of individual pay rises: 35/35
  3. Percentage of employees receiving a pay rise on return from maternity leave: 15/15
  4. Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest earners: 10/10.
