Gender Equality Index 2023

The gender equality index is an indicator introduced by the government to measure gender inequality in the workplace.

The index is made up of 4 criteria:

  1. Pay gap (in %): 27/40.
  2. Gap in the rate of individual pay rises: 35/35
  3. Percentage of employees receiving a pay rise on return from maternity leave: 15/15
  4. Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest earners: 5/10.

Axeria’s score for 2024 is 82/100.

In order to improve this indicator, Axeria has made the following commitments for 2025:

  1. On pay gaps, Axeria aims to achieve a score of 32/40 by 2025
  2. On the number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners, Axeria aims to achieve a score of 10/10 by 2025.
