A transparent recruitment process

At Axeria, recruitment is all about meeting people, so our process has been designed to help us get to know each other and make THE right decision!

Our process therefore involves 4 stages:

➣ a telephone qualification interview

➣ an initial meeting with human resources

➣ a meeting with your future manager

➣ a meeting with our General Management
