Gender Equality Index 2021: Progress Targets

The gender equality index is an indicator set up by the government to measure gender inequality in the workplace.

It is composed of 4 criteria which are :

1- Pay gap (in %): 21/40. Axeria has set a target of 25/40 by 2022.

2- Difference in the rate of individual increases: 35/35

3- Percentage of employees receiving a raise upon return from maternity leave: 15/15

4- Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid: 5/10. Axeria has set a goal of reaching a 10/10 score by 2022.

For the year 2021, Axeria has a score of 76/100.
